A year ago, Mulan (Melinda) said to me, “Mom, I want to build a big business.” Mom (Julie) replied,
“If you want to be a successful entrepreneur, you’d better start small with me, face every challenge, and learn how to work with all different types of people. We can connect families through Cloud 9. No university or corporate experience can replace the lessons you gain from running a small business in your youth.”

This past weekend marked an incredible milestone for our company as our first franchisees, Julie and Melinda Hu, opened their first store in Castle Hills, Dallas, Texas. I had the privilege of spending a week onsite with them, and seeing their hard work come to life was truly inspiring.
From managing countless details to assembling a fantastic team of talented therapists and front desk staff, Julie and Melinda have demonstrated remarkable dedication and resilience.
